Ephesians 2:4-10
But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
And hath raised [us] up together, and made [us] sit together in heavenly [places] in Christ Jesus:
That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in [his] kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
The book signing at the Bahamas Culture Day was dismal
The greatest view on Pier 66, was seeing our Bahamian flag waving in the sea breeze, also meeting new friends and old ones that I had not seen in many years…
The food was delicious, I started on the conch salad, I tried the conch fritters from both sites, and both of them were mouth smacking, after about three orders I was stuff….The potato bread I brought home to have with a cup of tea. Yesterday was a great day.
The next book signing will be a book party; I will keep you abreast of the event as we finalize details.

My husband and I left Freeport at 7:45 am on the 20th July, at the airport; they searched my bags and took away my pack lunch, which I think is stupid, I had some stew beef and carrots. They allowed me to bring in the mozzarella cheese.
I had taken vitamins at 5:30 and needed to have something for breakfast, American airline, do not offer food. They had some crackers and nut for sale.
The flight landed in Miami at exactly 8:29 am, my husband and I waited for a wheel chair to take us to the other side of the terminal. Once at the gate in which we were to board our 11.30 am flight to New York. I went to use the bathroom, and brought a Danish and coffee for my husband.
I brought an egg and cheese sausage biscuit for me, the cheese was very salty. I found a Miami t-shirt for 12:99 and the New York Post.
We read and chatted with a woman from Washington Height, as we waited and talked of our decease parents, and the presidential race…
11:49 we boarded the flight, shortly after putting on the seatbelt, and we were on the runway waiting for takeoff. The plane smelled of a strong odor of air freshener. I fell into a trance like stupor. Woke up in the air turned to my husband and said oh I felt asleep, he replied yes I know. We were flying at 39,000 feet up in the air.
A few minutes later, my heart started to race and I felt as if my ear would burst and I was going too died. My husband began praying and rubbing my arms and face, He called a flight attendant who attached an oxygen tank to my face, and began asking question. There was a doctor sitting in front of us who took my pulse.
I don’t know if it’s the air quality of American Airline, that made me sick, I went to my PCP and was given a clean bill of health…….Makes one wonder about American Airline especially when the attendant told my husband that the same thing happen to a young 20 year old woman two weeks earlier….
Thank God, for keeping me and not letting me go.

I was warmly welcome in hometown, my friends and family were earger to hold something with my name on it. I also have a new nephew Jaden Maxwell Kelly. I spent these past two weeks, relaxing and then we had a memorial service for my mom. My only wish, would have been to see her face when I gave her a copy of my book, but that's not what the Lord wanted-and his will be done.

1 Chronicles 22:5
And David said, Solomon my son is young and tender, and the house that is to be builded for Jehovah must be exceeding magnificent, of fame and of glory throughout all countries: I will therefore make preparation for it. So David prepared abundantly before his death.
Death is always knocking at my door, on the 21st April, my husband’s mother passed away.
She had lived a long 94 years with us, and had seven wonderful children, one of which is my dear husband. Even though it was a sad occasion, it gave the family a chance to get together.
We traveled to Jamaica West Indies, and spend our time on the mountain in the Parish of Manchester.
It’s good to be home in New York, I heard from my publisher, and with God’s grace, I should have a paperback book in my hands soon.

To all the loyal fans, the galley has been approved,
and in a matter of days, you will have your copy of the much anticipate book.
I do hope you enjoy it; my stay in the Bahamas was an enjoyable
one, so you will find nothing negative about the Bahamas. You will be able to

was born.

Hello folks, the author here, waiting for the longest time to see this book in your hands and on your bookshelves. Let me tell you it will be worth the wait. In the process of waiting, I am working on a children's book, as well as a book about abusive relationship. A subject I know plenty about since I lived with an abusive common law husband for seven years of my young life. It will be a page turner
My husband and I stand in need of your prayer, we received words last night that his 94-year-old mother was not doing too well, and we may have to travel to Jamaica very soon.

signing out
Be patient, then my sister, until the Lord comes. See how patient a farmer is as she waits for his land to produce precious crops. She waits patiently for autumn and spring rains. You also must remain patient.

Greatness is not achieved by chance, but by deliberate effort and toil.” M.K. Soni
It is now the last two days of March, and the book is not out yet, the publisher has the book on their desk, there will not be having a book signing, on 5 April.
I am of the mind that everything happens for a reason, and that God has bigger and better plans for me. Once the book is finally on the bookshelves, I will be able to breathe a sigh of relief.
I have exciting news; The Lord is blessing me, in the coming weeks I will be fixing the backyard of my daycare.

With work and family I sometimes find it hard to get quiet times, to work on the book, I am up every morning at 5am, and i work until six, when I have to get ready for work, with the little people.
At night, it's church, or haivng to fix dinner for the family, I need to be on an Island by myself to get anything done.
Maybe someone will bless me with a ticket to a resort so that I can relax and work on my book
I thank you in advance Lord for the blessing that's coming my way......... |
A work in progress |
